This position targets professionals with solid AI experience, a consulting mindset, business vision, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments. **Responsibilities and duties** **Transform data into business value**, supporting strategic, tactical, and operational decisions. **Analyze large volumes of data** to identify patterns, trends, opportunities, and issues. **Use Databricks** (SQL and Notebooks) as the primary analytical platform in a lakehouse environment. **Apply statistics** (descriptive and inferential) to strengthen analyses and conclusions. **Build and monitor KPIs and business metrics**, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. **Develop exploratory, diagnostic, and scenario-based analyses**, focused on impact. **Communicate insights clearly**, translating technical analyses for business and executive audiences. **Collaborate with business areas and technical teams**, helping structure analytical questions and prioritize requests. **Ensure analysis quality, traceability, and documentation**, following best practices in data governance. **Possess experience in SQL, Python, Databricks, applied statistics, and data visualization**, with strong results orientation and analytical thinking. **Requirements and qualifications** A Data Analyst must master **Databricks, SQL, and Python** to analyze large volumes of data and generate business insights. Applies **descriptive and inferential statistics** to strengthen analyses and decisions. Builds and monitors **KPIs, metrics, and dashboards**, linking data to outcomes. Communicates insights clearly to both technical and business audiences, supporting strategic decisions. Requires a degree in quantitative fields, analytics courses, and **certifications in Databricks, BI, or Data Analytics**. Work Format: Hybrid 3x2 — Porto Alegre/RS **Additional information** At the **Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS)**, for positions in business areas, we adopt a hybrid work model consolidated as 3 days onsite at the company headquarters located at Av.
