Your main responsibilities: * Create maps in QGIS and Google Earth; * Create AutoCAD projects; * Draft city descriptions; * Prepare photo files for appraisal reports; * Conduct market research; * Estimate construction quantities and budgets; * Receive client emails, forward them to the manager, and respond when necessary. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Completed or currently taking courses in Estimating and/or Structural Systems and Design; * Training or knowledge in AutoCAD and LID (Drawing Reading and Interpretation).
