Team leadership and interface with executive management A construction company seeks a Development and Projects Manager in Chapecó (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Oversee the entire licensing and development process, including permits, approvals, and liaison with regulatory and environmental agencies. Develop corporate schedules, monitoring deadlines, scopes, and responsibilities. Conduct risk analysis and mitigation for projects. Plan and coordinate multidisciplinary projects, promoting technical coordination and interference management. Manage contracts with designers and consultants, monitoring impacts of changes on costs, timelines, and value engineering. Develop and validate the BIM execution plan. Interface with budgeting, procurement, and construction planning departments. Ensure documentation updates and As-Built control. Lead the project team, maintaining communication with executive management and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Bachelor's degree required.
