Conduct moisture, impurity, and other analyses. Store soybean samples. Operate low\-complexity unloading and storage equipment. Monitor product dispatch. Participate in inspections of grain transport vehicles. Feed the furnace with firewood or other specified material. Perform cleaning of the area, machines, and equipment. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Flexibility in working hours during harvest periods; * Knowledge of agricultural product processing procedures; * Prior experience with operational storage routines; * Basic computer skills. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Support grain classification by collecting samples from trucks and entering classification data into internal systems to generate specific reports, per internal procedures. * Conduct moisture, impurity, and other analyses, entering classification results via the LABS system and manual internal controls. * Store soybean samples and promptly inform the immediate supervisor about any samples falling outside the company’s pre\-established standards. * Operate low\-complexity unloading and storage equipment, as well as perform preliminary grain cleaning. * Monitor product dispatch to internal units or ports, verifying quality up to the point of dispatch and upon arrival at destination. * Participate in inspections of grain transport vehicles to verify appropriate storage conditions for the type of product, ensuring products are free from contamination (chemical, physical, or biological), per established norms and procedures. * Feed the furnace with firewood or other specified material for the drying process. * Clean the work area, machines, and equipment, maintaining an organized, hygienic, and clean workspace. * Comply with Occupational Safety procedures, including participation in seminars and training sessions, proper use of PPEs, safe handling of machinery and equipment, among others. * Comply with Environmental and Quality procedures, respecting and following established standards and/or technical norms. * Fulfill responsibilities within the Food Safety and Quality Management System, meeting requirements, attending training sessions, reporting observed issues, adhering to Good Manufacturing, Transportation, and Storage Practices, 5S, operational procedures, and the management system. * Understand and support the Food Safety and Quality Policy, as well as established KPIs. * Actively participate — if assigned to the Food Safety Team (FST) — in meetings, HACCP study reviews, training sessions, and other defined responsibilities; promote and encourage all food safety practices among fellow employees. * Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and Process Preventive Control Points (PPROs) as scheduled; immediately notify leadership in case of deviations and ensure prompt corrective action. * Follow the defined protocol and remain independent during the process — not reporting to the immediate supervisor — if responsible for collecting products for GMP\+ scope analyses. * Utilize real\-time quality parameter meter data; where such data is unavailable, collect representative samples for laboratory analyses to support process control and improvement, as well as product quality.
