**Responsibilities and Duties**
The Administrative Assistant - CCA is responsible for providing support in the administrative activities of the Revenue Collection Control Center (CCA) of the highway concessionaire, ensuring the smooth operation of internal processes related to revenue management and collection control. This professional assists in organizing, verifying, and managing financial documents and reports, as well as providing support and service to other operational areas.
* Support the control and monitoring of toll collection operations, ensuring all transactions performed at toll plazas are accurately recorded;
* Enter and verify financial data, ensuring collected amounts are posted precisely and within established deadlines;
* Assist in controlling and organizing collection-related documents, such as toll reports, invoices, payment confirmations, and receipts;
* Monitor and manage the CCA’s cash flow, recording inflows and outflows of funds in accordance with established regulations;
* Assist in preparing periodic reports on revenue collection and financial control, as well as monthly account closing;
* Support internal audits of collection processes and verification of operational compliance with the concessionaire’s procedures;
* Assist in managing collection and control systems, entering data and updating information as needed;
* Respond to internal and external requests, providing information about revenue collection, financial procedures, and CCA operations;
* Support the control of materials and equipment used in the collection process, ensuring proper functioning of toll plazas;
* Organize and archive fiscal documents, financial reports, and other materials related to the revenue collection department;
* Monitor operational regularity and report any irregularities or discrepancies in financial information;
* Assist in communication with other company departments—such as Finance, Accounting, and Operations—to ensure smooth revenue collection processes.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Completed High School education;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy;
Basic knowledge of financial and accounting processes;
Familiarity with tax routines and internal audit procedures.
Desirable: Experience in administrative routines, toll collection systems, and operations in control centers.
**Additional Information**
On-site work at the company’s headquarters (Chapadão do Sul/MS);

Together, they control the Way-112, Way-306, and Way-262 concessionaires in Mato Grosso do Sul; Way-153 between Minas Gerais and Goiás; and Way-364 between Goiás and Mato Grosso.
Way-153, spanning Minas Gerais and Goiás, is controlled by Grupo Way Brasil jointly with Kinea—a specialized investment management platform partnered with Itaú Bank and experienced across multiple business areas, including infrastructure. The Group also manages Way-262 and Way-364.
**Way-306**
Concessionária da Rodovia MS-306 S.A. administers the entire length of MS-306, from km 0 at the MS/MT border to km 218.1 at its junction with BR-158 in Cassilândia (MS), and incorporates 1.4 kilometers of BR-359—from km 0 to the MS/GO border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia—all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State.
**Way-112**
Concessionária das Rodovias do Leste MS S.A. holds the concession for MS-112 and sections of BR-158 and BR-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS-112 extends from its junction with BR-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia—a distance of 200.5 kilometers. The BR-158 concession section runs from MS-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR-436 section extends from its junction with BR-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge—a distance of 18.10 kilometers—crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas.
**Way-262**
Concessionária da Rodovia BR 262 MG S.A. holds the concession for BR-262, covering the stretch from km 360+100—at its junction with BR-381 in Betim—to km 799—at its junction with BR-050 in Uberaba—totaling 438.9 kilometers. The concessioned stretch lies entirely within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, crossing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba.
**Way-153** – Concessionária Rota Sertaneja MG-GO manages 530.60 kilometers of highways between Goiás and Minas Gerais States. The concessioned stretch begins on BR-153 in Hidrolândia (junction with GO-219) up to the GO/MG border; BR-153/MG **–** from Itumbiara/GO (end of the Parnaíba River bridge) to Fronteira/MG (junction with BR-262); BR-262/MG **–** from Uberaba/MG (junction with BR-050) to the junction with BR-153 (Pouso Alto/MG). It passes through the cities: Hidrolândia, Piracanjuba, Professor Jamil, Morrinhos, Goiatuba, Panamá, Itumbiara, Araporã, Centralina, Canápolis, Monte Alegre de Minas, Prata, Campo Florido, Comendador Gomes, Frutal, Fronteira, Uberaba, Conceição das Alagoas, and Veríssimo.
**Way-364 \-** Concessionária da Rodovia BR-364 MT S.A., a company of Grupo Way Brasil, assumed for 30 years the responsibility for administration, recovery, conservation, maintenance, implementation of improvements, and expansion of the concessioned highway sections.
This federal concession project covers parts of Mato Grosso and Goiás States, including the city of Rondonópolis/MT—located in the southeastern region of the state, 210 km from the capital Cuiabá, with a population of 245,000 and the second-highest GDP in the state. Rondonópolis lies at the intersection of BR-163 and BR-364—highways transporting agricultural and industrial output to major metropolitan centers and Brazilian ports.
The concessioned stretch crosses nine municipalities: Rio Verde, Jataí, Mineiros, Santa Rita do Araguaia, Portelândia, Alto Araguaia, Alto Garças, Pedra Preta, and Rondonópolis.
