While we work to integrate our job opportunities, candidates are encouraged to explore openings posted under both Bunge and Viterra. **Key Responsibilities:** * Understand the grain classification process by collecting samples from trucks and entering classification data to generate specific reports per internal procedures. * Store soybean samples and promptly notify the immediate supervisor of any samples failing to meet the company’s predefined standards. * Monitor loading and unloading workflows, verify process progress, and make adjustments as needed to meet established planning targets. * Perform receiving, cleaning, moisture analysis, cooling, drying, and storage activities using equipment according to operational requirements, adhering to procedures for each step and ensuring products meet specified standards. * Inspect grain transport vehicles to verify appropriate storage conditions for the product type, ensuring products are free from contamination (chemical, physical, or biological), per established standards and procedures. * Comply with Occupational Safety procedures by attending seminars and training sessions, wearing appropriate PPE, and handling machinery and equipment properly, among other requirements. * Comply with Environmental and Quality standards and procedures, respecting and following established standards and/or technical norms. * Fulfill responsibilities within the food safety and quality management system, meeting requirements, participating in training, reporting observed issues, complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Transportation and Storage practices, 5S, operational procedures, and the management system. * Utilize real-time online quality parameter measurement data; where such systems are unavailable, collect representative samples for laboratory analysis to support process control and improvement and product quality enhancement. * Ensure proper maintenance and cleaning procedures for assigned areas and equipment, complying with Occupational Safety, Environmental, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and HACCP standards. * Perform minor repairs not requiring specialized maintenance knowledge, and support sector maintenance planning and improvements. * Assume responsibility for product safety by performing duties in a manner that ensures products remain free from contamination (chemical, physical, or biological), applying Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and acquired HACCP knowledge. * Ensure proper machine operation post-maintenance by conducting equipment tests and verifying full functionality; report any failures to the supervisor. * Prepare Task Risk Assessments (PTP), identify critical points, and act as a safety facilitator within the department. * Respect and comply with internal company policies, quality management systems, and occupational safety procedures (PTP, PS, IOP, POP, Communications, and Observations); always use individual and collective protective equipment to ensure personal and colleagues’ physical integrity. * Ensure adherence to the unit’s operational schedule through monitoring and inspection of departmental areas **Required Experience and Knowledge:** * Completed high school education; * Experience with grain storage and grain dryers; * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; * Strong commitment to safety policies and procedures. **Work Location:** Chapadão do Sul/MS **Work Model:** 100% on-site
