Job Summary: Professional responsible for sanitation, pre-preparation of food, salad assembly, preparation of juices and snacks, assisting in meal preparation, as well as meal distribution and product control. Assembling salads according to the established menu and technical sheets. Preparing juices, snacks, and breakfast according to the established menu and technical sheets. Assisting in preparing dishes according to pre\-established menus and technical sheets. Stocking and restocking products at meal distribution points. Distributing meals. Collecting samples of finished products. Measuring temperatures of equipment and products.
