Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning, pre-preparation, assembly, and distribution of meals, juices, and snacks, as well as assisting in the preparation of dishes. Key Highlights: 1. Cleaning and pre\-preparation of vegetables. Assembling salads according to the established menu and technical sheets. Preparing juices, snacks, and breakfast according to the established menu and technical sheets. Assisting in the preparation of dishes according to pre\-established menus and technical sheets. Stocking and replenishing products at meal distribution points. Distributing meals. Collecting samples of finished products. Measuring temperatures of equipment and products.
