Customer service and relationship management **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for acting as the liaison between the customer (travel agency, tour operator, company, or individual) and the hotel, performing accommodation sales, clarifying all customer inquiries at the time of reservation (availability, rates, hotel information), and entering accurate reservation data into the system to serve as a reliable foundation for other hotel departments.
