Development of innovation projects Description: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Production Engineering; * Experience in industrial processes, including mass balance, boiler operation and maintenance, water treatment, advanced control systems, and budget management; * Experience in team management; * Intermediate Office suite, SAP, PIMS; * Must reside in Presidente Prudente, Narandiba, Pirapozinho, or be willing to relocate. Plan, implement procedures, and manage people and processes to ensure operational efficiency. Develop projects and action plans, proposing investments aimed at process innovation and continuous improvement. 2512250202491934909
