




Job Summary: A technical support and maintenance professional responsible for handling service requests, diagnosing issues, assembling equipment, and managing access, with a focus on process automation and optimization. Access management and infrastructure monitoring **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** \-\> TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND SERVICE DELIVERY * Respond to support requests (hardware, software, networks) and resolve incidents or escalate as needed. * Diagnose and resolve issues on workstations (Windows/Linux), peripherals, and printers. \-\> EQUIPMENT ASSEMBLY AND MAINTENANCE * Assemble and configure computers and workstations. * Perform corrective maintenance on desktops, laptops, and peripherals. \-\> EQUIPMENT RESEARCH, PROCUREMENT, AND CONFIGURATION * Research specifications and costs of components and equipment (webcams, keyboards, mice, monitors, tablets, TVs). * Install and configure new equipment in the corporate environment. \-\> INFRASTRUCTURE, WEBSITES, AND CLOUD SERVICES / SERVERS * Monitor availability of websites and services (e.g., blog, email server) and perform emergency fixes. * Perform basic hosting administration tasks (SSH, FTP, cPanel). * Handle backups and restoration procedures (basic level). \-\> ACCESS AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT * Create and configure user accounts in systems used by the company (email, ERPs, internal tools). * Manage basic permissions and enforce security policies (passwords, MFA where applicable). \-\> INTEGRATIONS AND AUTOMATION * Develop and maintain automations and scripts to resolve operational issues and optimize processes (e.g., API integrations, Python/Java scripts, N8N, Java-based systems, and small automations in ManyChat). **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** EDUCATION: * Technical course in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or ongoing undergraduate studies in these fields (or equivalent experience).
