Collaborate on tax planning and process optimization We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Tax Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting tax and fiscal activities, ensuring compliance with current legislation and contributing to the efficiency of the company's internal processes. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Assist in the calculation of direct and indirect taxes (PIS, Cofins, ICMS, IPI, ISS, IRPJ, CSLL). Record and verify incoming and outgoing fiscal invoices. Monitor tax and fiscal legislation to ensure the company remains compliant at all times. Prepare and submit tax returns (SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions, GIA, Sintegra). Support the preparation of tax reports and controls. Respond to audits and inspections by providing required documents and information. Assist in organizing and maintaining the tax archive. Collaborate with other departments to ensure correct issuance of fiscal documents. Support tax planning and review processes for tax optimization.
