– ERP Systems Analyst
Support, administer, and evolve ERP systems, ensuring application availability, user support, configuration, integrations, and continuous improvement of business processes. Responsible for supporting improvements/customizations, projects, performing functional analysis, and acting as an interface among business areas, vendors, and IT.
Main Responsibilities
Administer and maintain corporate ERP systems.
Respond to and support users in resolving incidents and functional queries.
Perform configurations, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Monitor and support integrations between the ERP and other corporate systems.
Gather requirements and propose improvements to business processes.
Participate in projects for system implementation, upgrades, and evolution.
Prepare functional and technical documentation.
Manage service tickets, backlogs, and vendor coordination.
**Work Model:** Hybrid, with 2 days per week on-site.
**Location:** São Paulo – South Zone, near Morumbi Shopping Center
**Requirements:**
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Experience supporting ERP systems.
Knowledge of business processes (Finance, Tax, Procurement, Production, Inventory, or Logistics).
Experience with integrations via APIs, Web Services, XML, and JSON.
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and SQL for data queries and analysis.
Experience with testing, UAT, and change management.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with EPS Metrics (Hybrid Software).
Knowledge of MES/MIS systems for manufacturing.
Familiarity with C#/.NET, PowerShell, or Python for automation.
Experience in industrial environments and ERP integration with shop-floor systems.
Intermediate English proficiency.
