If you wish to join our team, don’t miss this opportunity. **Job Description** ---------------------- * Register production volume in SAP according to waybills. * Ensure handling of pending materials in COGI (inventory adjustment for correct material consumption in SAP) and ensure compliance with SOX controls (waybill vs. SAP). * Print and archive the Production Reporting Dossiers. * Process write-offs (excess losses beyond scrap) supported by documentation (Technical Reports). * Analyze consumption of supplies and raw materials. * Ensure reporting complies with the Technical Bill of Materials. * Print WM labels. * Perform reporting adjustments according to Non-Conformities (NC) and Form 4024\. * Guide Operations on correct waybill completion. * List invoices and generate reports of invoices integrated into the SAP system; issue a blind invoice spreadsheet, a mandatory document for purchase receipt at the company.
