If you identify with our company, join VALGROUP—we’ll go much further together! **\#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor departmental performance indicators weekly; * Attend weekly sample meetings with Production and PCP; * Analyze and approve customer specifications, evaluating technical film property data; * Contact customers to align specifications; * Request necessary analyses for new product samples or new raw material qualification; * Create and revise sample items; * Define formulations for new products; * Monitor sample/development of new products or new raw materials across production processes; * Implement process conditions for product manufacturing via pilot batches, analyzing and proposing operational modifications; * Track sample performance and customer approval feedback; * Maintain project documentation control until final customer approval; * Conduct on-site customer visits when necessary to improve the product; * Revise formulations when required for product improvement; * Prepare Technical Data Sheets / Product Specifications upon customer request; * Prepare Safety Data Sheets (SDS) upon customer request; * Evaluate and qualify new raw materials; * Establish contacts with various suppliers to conduct research/obtain material specifications; * Guide PCP and Development Analysts regarding resin selection per item. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in the final year or recently graduated in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Production Engineering. * Advanced English and Excel proficiency. * Specialization in polymers or MBA in Industrial Management; * Advanced English and Spanish; * Knowledge of Power BI; * Familiarity with various research methodologies, including experimental methods, laboratory tests and trials, among others; * Willingness to reside in Itamonte, MG **Additional Information** * Health insurance for employees and dependents * Dental insurance for employees and dependents * Profit-sharing plan (PLR) * On-site meals * Basic food basket * Life insurance For nearly half a century, **Valgroup** has established itself as a benchmark in plastic production, conversion, and recycling, with strategically located units across Brazil and worldwide.
