Cargo management, pickups, deliveries, and customer service Responsible for providing operational support, monitoring vehicles and drivers during transport releases, controlling relevant documentation, and verifying compliance with safety standards and company-defined regulations. **Requirements:** \- Completed high school; \- Must be over 18 years old **Responsibilities and Duties:** \- Issue CTRC, CTe, and Manifest documents; \- Generate general reports; \- Manage files, documents, and spreadsheets; \- Schedule, monitor, and authorize cargo loading/unloading, pickups, and deliveries; \- Provide customer service; \- Receive transportation scheduling from customers and inform them of vehicle availability; \- Consolidate cargo per customer and delivery; \- Monitor trucks via tracking system to keep customers informed about deadlines, reporting delays, damages, and other issues to meet scheduling requirements; \- Receive Loading and Unloading Orders; \- Complete Loading and Unloading Checklists; \- Identify, segregate, and report damaged goods upon arrival to the department supervisor; **BENEFITS:** \- Meal Allowance: BRL 30.00 (per workday) \- Fuel Allowance: BRL 155.00 \- Transportation Allowance \- Life Insurance \- Partnership with SEST SENAT (free services) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: BRL 1,720.93 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Food basket * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
