Our vision is to become the largest and best variety and discount retail chain in Latin America by 2030, inspired by the Dollar Store model. **Job Description:** We seek a Store Manager who acts as a true 'owner' of the store—capable of managing processes and people in alignment with our strategy and standards, while also embodying our core values. Providing humane, high-quality customer service and maintaining immaculate stores has always been part of our heritage.
