We are seeking a Payroll Department Assistant to join our dynamic and committed team. If you are passionate about numbers, proactive, and eager to learn Payroll Department routines, this may be the ideal opportunity for you! ### **Prerequisites** \- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields; \- Minimum 6 months of experience in the Payroll Department, verified via work record book; \- Basic knowledge of payroll processing and ancillary obligations; \- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. ### **Benefits** Health insurance; Meal voucher; Lunch; Birthday day off; Education allowance; Transportation allowance or fuel allowance. ### **Notes** RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Master functions performed at previous levels; \- Carry out employee onboarding processes; \- Analyze, calculate, and verify vacation entitlements; \- Calculate, verify, and close payroll-related taxes for payrolls with lower transaction volumes; \- Submit and finalize eSocial and DCTFWeb events; \- Calculate, verify, and close taxes related to profit-sharing (pró-labore) payrolls; \- Recalculate outstanding tax forms, verifying amounts and periods; \- Perform employee registration updates, including positions, salaries, allocations, and related information.
