Job Summary: The Inatel is seeking students for an internship in the START Inatel program to support administrative tasks, schedule visits, manage materials, monitor visitors, and assist with projects and promotional activities. Key Highlights: 1. Support in administrative tasks and scheduling school visits 2. Assistance in managing materials and indicators for activities targeting prospective students 3. Support in executing projects and promoting Inatel at educational institutions Inatel is recruiting students interested in interning with START Inatel (formerly NRC — Núcleo de Relacionamento com Colégios). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support administrative activities of *start\_Inatel*; * Assist in contacting schools and scheduling visits; * Assist in managing materials and indicators related to activities targeting prospective students; * Support the reception of visitors to the Inatel campus, guiding them and presenting campus facilities; * Contact and attend to institutions interested in hosting Inatel’s initiatives, and provide on-site support for START Inatel projects, such as lectures, career fairs, opportunity fairs, and promotional activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled up to the 7th semester in one of Inatel’s undergraduate programs; * Experience in drafting and formatting texts, spreadsheets, and presentations; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); * Availability for 20 hours per week. **Additional Information** **Internship Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **Internship Location:** Inatel Campus, located in Santa Rita do Sapucaí \- MG.
