A career with Kerry offers you an opportunity to shape the future of food while providing you opportunities to explore and grow in a truly global environment.**About the role** ------------------ Comprehensive management of industrial maintenance, including **preventive, predictive and corrective** maintenance **Key responsibilities** ------------------------ * Strategic maintenance planning to reduce operational costs. * Ensuring compliance with safety standards and technical regulations. * Coordination with other departments (production, quality, safety) to align objectives. * Management of performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance. * Planning, execution and monitoring of **mechanical, electrical and automation** maintenance plans. * Implementation of **4.0 digitalization** projects, focusing on productivity and cost reduction. * Management of workshops, warehouses and strategic suppliers. * Control of **Opex/Capex**, development of rationalization plans and investment planning. * Ensuring compliance with **safety, occupational health and environmental** standards. * Adapting production processes to ISO certifications and regulatory norms (NRs). * Strategic involvement with operations for process standardization and technical excellence. **Qualifications and skills** ----------------------------- * Proficiency in systems such as **SAP**, methodologies **FMEA, HACCP, GMP** and **Green Belt** certification. * Experience with **TPM, PCM, KPIs**, reliability and operational efficiency. * Management of internal and outsourced teams. * Direct reporting to plant management. * Strategic involvement with operations for process standardization and technical excellence
