The professional will be responsible for supporting the client in organizing activities, integrating involved departments, controlling costs and schedules, and meeting safety requirements—ensuring the shutdown is executed according to the company's standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. ### **Responsibilities:** Monitor shutdown planning activities in support of the client’s planners and coordinators; Develop and consolidate the maintenance shutdown schedule, considering all involved disciplines; Develop the consolidated shutdown histogram, covering all shifts and resources; Support management of procurement carts and material requisitions related to the shutdown; Prepare and update managerial reports tracking requisitions, shutdown costs, and performance indicators; Collaborate with the client’s Occupational Safety Technicians to support management of shutdown safety requirements; Analyze and monitor safety documentation, including JSA (Job Safety Analysis), PTW (Permit-to-Work), and activity checklists; Jointly develop, with maintenance planners, the S-curve per area and for the plant/facility; Monitor and standardize safety and planning meetings during shutdown execution; Lead interference meetings, integrating Maintenance, Operations, CAPEX, and support departments; Support planning and control of team and resource mobilization; Forecast and plan interfaces between the maintenance shutdown, operational activities, and investment projects; Conduct on-site monitoring during shutdown execution, when required; Prepare technical and managerial reports related to the maintenance shutdown; Participate in periodic meetings to track progress, analyze deviations, and define corrective actions. ### **Requirements:** Technical education in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or related fields, or an Engineering degree; Prior experience in planning, control, or management of maintenance shutdowns in an industrial environment; Knowledge of schedule development and control, histograms, and S-curves; Experience in analyzing and monitoring safety documentation (PTW, JSA, checklists); Experience interfacing with maintenance, operations, safety, procurement, and support departments; Critical analytical ability, organizational skills, and results orientation; Strong communication skills, ability to work in teams, and interface management capability; Willingness to work on-site during shutdown periods, when required.
