Job Summary: Act as a technical reference in Electromechanics, ensuring operational excellence, leading safety initiatives, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes. Focus on continuous improvement and process optimization We are seeking a professional who will serve as a technical reference in Electromechanics, ensuring equipment operational excellence through preventive and corrective maintenance. Responsible for guaranteeing high equipment availability levels, leading safety practices, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Act as a reference in health and safety practices, monitoring and guiding the team to maintain occupational safety standards * Work practically and demonstrate expert-level knowledge of all Material Handling Equipment (MHE) in the facility * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, demonstrating advanced technical knowledge of electromechanical systems * Train, guide, and technically develop team members, promoting knowledge transfer and best practices * Ensure maximum equipment availability through effective diagnosis, appropriate prioritization of tasks, and agile resolution of technical issues * Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives, standardizing processes and procedures in compliance with corporate guidelines * Build collaborative relationships across all organizational levels, facilitating effective communication and teamwork * Monitor and analyze Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) indicators and performance metrics, proposing optimization actions * Manage suppliers and contractors, ensuring service quality and adherence to technical specifications **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, or Electromechanics * Desired: Occupational Safety certifications (NR10\) * Prior experience in the activities described above * Knowledge of industrial automation systems * Knowledge of maintenance methodologies (TPM, RCM) **LOCATION:** CONTAGEM/MG **SHIFT:** 12x36 \- night shift.
