And of course, we are always looking for talented people to help us have a positive impact on our industry and beyond! **About the Position:** We are seeking a **Transport Coordinator** for our Extrema/MG facility to lead Barry Callebaut’s transportation strategy, ensuring operational excellence, logistical efficiency, and a high level of service to customers. This role will play a pivotal part in managing the Transportation Control Tower, driving continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing costs, and enhancing performance indicators, acting as one of the key interfaces across departments. **Key Responsibilities Include:** Lead the transportation strategy in Brazil, ensuring continuous improvement of delivery KPIs and operational efficiency. Manage the Control Tower, ensuring end\-to\-end visibility of operations and excellence in execution of the transportation plan. Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, freight cost, safety, quality, complaints, and operational efficiency. Develop and implement processes, methods, and operational standards aligned with market best practices. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and performance management using methodologies such as PDCA. Manage relationships with carriers, contracts, SLAs, and performance indicators. Ensure high levels of customer service by resolving issues and preventing recurrence. Develop, engage, and train the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and food safety standards. Support sustainability initiatives and reduction of environmental impacts in logistics operations. **Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Proven experience in transportation operations. Experience in KPI management, continuous improvement, and data analysis. Intermediate English and/or Spanish will be considered an advantage.
