Responsibilities and Skills: * Receive production department requests, provide guidance, and reallocate resources according to departmental needs and demands. * Ensure all materials are sorted in an organized manner and comply with established requirements. * Prior experience in inventory and stock processes is a plus for performing activities efficiently. * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. * People management skills are essential to lead the team and achieve expected results. The ideal candidate is committed, organized, and capable of working under pressure. Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate and motivate a team of collaborators are required.
