Here, you’ll work dynamically and empathetically in the apparel department, delivering personalized service, presenting new collection items, and helping customers assemble outfits that make them feel incredible! Requirements: **Passion for Fashion:** Strong interest in fashion, keeping up with trends, and identifying with the apparel universe. **Customer Focus:** Ability to create an exceptional shopping experience through consultative service focused on understanding and fulfilling customer needs. **Communication and Relationship Building:** Excellent communication skills, enjoyment of interacting with people, and ability to collaborate effectively with the team. **Availability:** Flexibility to work retail shifts, including weekends and holidays. **Preferred Qualifications** **Relevant Experience:** Prior sales experience in retail, especially in the fashion/apparel segment. **Visual Merchandising:** Basic knowledge of product organization and display to enhance store appeal.
