




Job Summary: Responsible for leading, developing, and managing teams to ensure operational excellence, achievement of targets, and effective resource management within the department. Training and people management Lead team members under your responsibility, conducting professional development to enable them to perform departmental tasks with excellence; Execute planned activities together with the team according to schedule; Meet departmental KPIs; Follow up with and support adjacent departments related to posture, focusing on customer service and departmental and unit operational excellence; Develop strategies to address daily tasks; Promote teamwork by collaborating with maintenance staff, warehouse workers, and litter handlers; Manage personnel under your leadership (e.g., timekeeping records, absences, medical certificates, shift schedules, vacation schedules); Manage equipment and tools used by your team; Manage work orders assigned to your team; Support all departmental functions; Ensure execution of all departmental handling procedures (feed and water management, lighting program management, barn and department cleaning and organization, egg harvesting, manure collection, environmental management, egg supply to the grading department, compliance with biosecurity and safety rules…); Train new employees and conduct refresher training for experienced staff; Conduct PIU and DDS sessions with your team; Participate in departmental or cross-departmental meetings and initiatives; Hold team meetings focused on departmental KPIs; Have over one year of experience working at the company, or possess relevant experience meeting the job requirements; Apply and promote the company’s values and competencies; Carry out tasks according to instructions and service priorities set by your immediate supervisor, complying with company policies, procedures, and occupational safety standards; Complete training in your area of expertise when requested by the company; Use personal protective equipment (PPE); Perform other duties related to the position as required. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Leverage personal gender-related opportunities; * Identify pests and diseases caused by any product or process; * Formulate and train operational teams; * Supervise service posts; * Log service requests; * Prepare incident reports; * Monitor maintenance services. **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree is a plus) * Driver’s license category B * Relevant work experience **Additional Information** Company-provided transportation.
