**Responsibilities and Duties** **As a Cook II, your main challenges will be:**
* Lead food production, ensuring dish quality and presentation.
* Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in kitchen operations.
* Perform pre-preparation, preparation, and finishing of foods according to technical specifications.
* Guide and supervise the kitchen team (Cook I and Kitchen Assistants).
* Execute complex culinary preparations.
* Monitor preparation times, quality, and standards of served dishes.
* Support production planning and suggest process improvements.
* Ensure good practices for food handling, storage, and identification.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
**We are looking for someone with:**
* Completed high school education;
* Proven experience in the role, directly working in food service settings.
**You’ll stand out if you have:**
* Advanced cooking techniques (searing, sous vide, confit, classic sauces, specialized cooking methods)
* A degree in Gastronomy.
**Work Location and Schedule:**
* Belo Horizonte/MG (on-site work);
* Working hours: Monday to Friday (with availability to work events on Saturdays and evenings), from 09:00 to 18:00\.
