This is a strategic role for the business, requiring strong analytical capabilities, financial acumen, and leadership in building processes and controls. **What will be your mission at CPE?** * Lead the annual budgeting process and forecast revisions; * Conduct monthly performance analysis (management P&L and KPIs); * Monitor and project cash flow to ensure financial predictability; * Monitor debt levels and capital structure; * Analyze the financial cycle (accounts receivable, inventory, and suppliers), driving improvements in working capital; * Structure and strengthen internal controls and management reporting; * Automate currently manual financial processes; * Coordinate one analyst within the department; * Serve as a strategic interface with outsourced accounting and legal services; * Support the Executive Board with financial analysis for decision-making. **What do you need to join our team?** * Degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in Controllership, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Financial Planning; * Experience with budgeting, forecasting, management P&L, and KPI analysis; * Experience managing cash flow and working capital; * Advanced Excel skills; * Power BI; * Experience monitoring debt and capital structure; * Strong analytical ability and critical thinking; * Clear and concise communication across all hierarchical levels. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in companies undergoing financial restructuring * Experience in cost reduction and margin improvement * Experience implementing financial controls or financial BI systems * Certifications in Finance, Controllership, or BI * ERP knowledge (Sankhya, Totvs, SAP, or similar)
