Job Summary: We are seeking a Tax Assistant to join our team, responsible for tax routines, ensuring compliance with tax obligations and providing accounting support. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for tax routines and tax obligations. 2. Issuance and classification of electronic invoices. 3. Support in the calculation of indirect taxes and ancillary obligations. We are looking for a **Tax Assistant** to join our team. The professional will be responsible for the company's tax routines, ensuring proper compliance with tax obligations and supporting the accounting area. This professional will work for the Finance Department but will be physically located in the warehouse department to facilitate tasks and verifications. * Issuance of electronic invoices (NF\-e, NFS\-e, CT\-e); * Fiscal classification of products and services (NCM, CFOP, CST); * Verification and recording of tax ledgers (purchases, sales, ICMS, IPI, and ISS calculations); * Entry of tax documents into the ERP system; * Support in the calculation of indirect taxes; * Preparation and verification of ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal, GIA, EFD\-Contribuições, DCTF, among others); * Handling internal and external audits; * Monitoring updates in tax legislation. **Requirements:** + Technical or undergraduate degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields (in progress or completed); + Knowledge of tax legislation (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS, COFINS); + Experience with electronic invoice issuance and tax ledger verification; + Proficiency in ERP systems (Sankhya preferred). + Availability for **IN-PERSON** work. **Desirable:** - Experience in tax calculation and submission of ancillary obligations; - Continuing education courses in tax matters.**Our Benefits:** ü Transportation Allowance or Mobility Card: R$ 450.00 or R$ 250.00 (depending on distance in KM) ü Meal or Food Allowance (R$ 20.00/day). ü Unimed / Hapvida Health Insurance. ü Unimed / Hapvida Dental Insurance (fully covered by the company). ü Gympass / Wellhub. ü Breakfast. ü Afternoon Coffee. ü Special Friday Afternoon Coffee. ü Life Insurance. ü Engagement and Belonging Programs with rewards and day-off benefits. **Working Hours:** ü Monday to Thursday (7:30 AM – 5:30 PM) ü Friday (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM).
