Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage inventory, monitor the production process, and prepare analytical reports, aiming for continuous improvement in the food industry. Contributing to the advancement of the food industry We are a metallurgical manufacturing company based in Pouso Alegre, operating for over 34 years and currently expanding, with branches in São Paulo, Recife, Chile, the USA, Germany, and 10 dealers across Brazil. If you seek an environment focused on technology and innovation, where continuous development is part of daily routine, this could be your opportunity! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage finished goods inventory, ensuring a minimum 80/20 stock level without generating excesses; * Monitor the entire production process, proposing corrective actions for deviations affecting on-time delivery; * Prepare analytical reports comparing weekly results against planning and defined targets, analyzing anomalies and proposing improvement actions to achieve established objectives; * Schedule production based on the previously defined plan, holding alignment meetings with the PCM department to ensure sufficient materials are available to meet the production schedule; * Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans; * Conduct weekly cadence meetings with Engineering, Quality, and PCM departments to review progress on new products and ensure pilot batches are completed before fulfilling customer orders; * Continuously seek productivity improvements in the department’s administrative operations; * Support other departmental activities as needed, aiming to propose improvements and guide colleagues on production and materials planning and control processes; * Maintain frequent contact with other company departments to fully understand the manufacturing process, ensuring the effectiveness of planning actions and continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Computer literacy – Word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and internet – Intermediate level; * Supply Chain knowledge – Intermediate level; * Quality tools – Intermediate level. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS:** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Pharmacy Partnership Life Insurance On-site Cafeteria Shuttle Service Alelo Meal Voucher Education Assistance for Children Study Incentive Scholarship Family Visit Day Occupational Physician Practical University Zero Absenteeism Program Wellhub (Gympass) ### **JOIN PRÁTICA AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE FOOD INDUSTRY!** **At Prática, we create solutions that transform the day-to-day operations of the food industry.
