About the job We are seeking a candidate to work as a Junior Logistics Analyst at our Specialized Nutrition manufacturing facility, in-person in Poços de Caldas/MG. This position plays a key role in overseeing daily logistics activities, supporting the flow of receiving, warehousing, material handling, and shipment of products—ensuring process organization, visibility, and data-driven decision-making through KPIs and management systems. * Monitor daily receiving, warehousing, material handling, and shipment operations, ensuring materials flow in an organized and uninterrupted manner. * Support cargo tracking by monitoring delivery deadlines, shipment status, and potential discrepancies. * Address logistics incidents such as damages, delays, transportation discrepancies, or material flow issues. * Prepare reports and monitor logistics performance indicators (KPIs), contributing to results analysis and identification of improvement opportunities. * Utilize management systems such as SAP, WMS, and TMS for data organization, order tracking, and support of departmental routines. * Facilitate communication and alignment with internal departments and logistics partners to ensure information consistency and operational fluidity. * Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes by providing analytical insights, structured approaches, and critical thinking. About you * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency, especially for report generation, controls, and data analysis. * Familiarity with management systems such as ERP, SAP, WMS, or TMS. * Strong organizational skills, logical reasoning, and ability to analyze information. * Proactive profile with problem-solving capability and effective communication skills. * Interest in working in an industrial environment and dynamic logistics operations.
