Job Summary: The professional will create component and design project drawings, monitor manufacturing and assembly processes, develop continuous improvements, and provide technical support to various departments within the company. Key Highlights: 1. Creates component and machine design project drawings. 2. Monitors product manufacturing and assembly processes. 3. Develops continuous improvements for products and processes. Creates component drawings for machines and new projects; Defines drawing execution methods by collecting project data, such as dimensions, fitting methods, and other engineering information; Monitors product manufacturing and assembly processes; Develops continuous improvement actions for products; Develops continuous improvement actions for manufacturing processes; Inspects metallic structures upon receipt in accordance with L02 (OCCASIONAL); Prepares the product Quality Certificate upon customer request and forwards it to PCP; Communicates with suppliers for development of new items; Prepares parameters for budgeting new products under supervision; Directly codes production and/or finishing molds and jigs into the item; Provides support to production, sales, finishing, quality, and maintenance departments; Trains operators and involved personnel when changes occur in production documentation formats or content; Trains operators specifically for special cases (new products / new operations) under supervision; Monitors all stages of the product manufacturing process with the objective of improving the product and reducing costs; Prepares commercial product drawings for the sales department; Defines and records standard finishing and quality control times; Conducts time studies for order X costing; Keeps workplace clean and organized.
