Use of systems for registration, quotation, and inventory analysis The professional will handle telephone customer service, conduct vehicle sales, and monitor the entire commercial process. Responsibilities include analyzing leads received through the manufacturer's portal, verifying whether the customer has already received an initial contact, and registering information in the Mobi Gestor system. The professional must also send catalogs, proposals, and photos to customers, update the Auto Avaliar system, and keep the schedule constantly updated. Additionally, performance will be monitored via Phone Track, available vehicles in the Dealer inventory will be analyzed, quotations will be checked on the website, and the Vianuvem system will be used to verify whether the customer has passed through the Insider program. Participation in the manufacturer's training programs is required for continuous updates.
