If you enjoy working with people, challenges, and a fast-paced environment, this is the place for you! **Your mission here** Support the area's operational and administrative routines, contributing to process efficiency and customer service quality, while simultaneously developing technical and behavioral knowledge through hands-on experience and continuous learning. **Main responsibilities** * Handle customer interactions and communications, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to requests; * Issue CTRC (Return and Reverse Logistics); * Monitor delivery statuses, identifying and resolving potential issues; * Support reverse logistics processes (generate reports and forward them to partners); * Provide support for other operational and administrative activities within the area. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Desire to build a career in logistics; * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.); * Age between 18 and 21 years. **Work schedule** Monday through Friday, from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM; **What we offer** * Salary: R$ 995.00 * Transportation allowance + Charter transportation **Join us!** At Dominalog, we believe success begins with people.
