**OVERVIEW**
This position is responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to analysts and managers within the department. It involves performing various tasks, such as document organization, meeting scheduling, customer service, and other department-specific administrative activities.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
Prepare reports and presentations for the team
Schedule and coordinate meetings and events
Answer and route telephone calls and e\-mails
Perform support activities for the team
Handle expense reporting and appointment scheduling
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of important information and data
Serve and provide support to customers and suppliers
Control and monitor merchandise orders
Inform responsible personnel regarding analyses
Prioritize e\-mails (for store support)
Inventory item auditing
Inventory management
Picking audit
Audit of zero-balance items
System data correction
Cut analysis
Supplier support
Manage administrative aspects of contracts, including validity period and adjustment index; request and receive invoices and fiscal notes
Adjust order portfolio and pricing

Implement category and section changes on Wevo

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree
Minimum 1 year of experience in the role
**KNOWLEDGE**
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and document organization skills
