Job Summary: Coordinate industrial and utilities maintenance operations, lead teams, and implement improvements to ensure equipment and infrastructure efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a Maintenance and Utilities Coordinator to oversee industrial and utilities maintenance operations. The professional will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring efficient operation of equipment and infrastructure. Lead technical teams, control resource usage, and implement process improvements to ensure facility availability and reliability. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Maintenance Planning and Control** * Develop, implement, and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans. * Define schedules, priorities, and required resources to ensure equipment availability. * Monitor performance indicators (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, availability, maintenance costs). **Utilities Systems Management** * Coordinate the operation and maintenance of utilities such as electrical power, steam, compressed air, industrial water, refrigeration, and boilers. * Ensure continuous and efficient supply, preventing production stoppages. * Seek optimization of consumption and reduction of energy waste. **Team Leadership and Development** * Coordinate internal and/or outsourced technical teams (mechanics, electricians, instrumentation technicians). * Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with procedures. * Promote technical, safety, and best-practice maintenance training. **Safety, Quality, and Regulatory Compliance Management** * Ensure all maintenance and utilities activities comply with safety, environmental, and applicable regulatory standards (e.g., NR 10, NR 12, NR 13\). * Investigate failures and incidents, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Ensure integrity of critical equipment. **Cost and Budget Control** * Prepare and manage the maintenance and utilities department budget. * Evaluate service contracts, purchases of parts and materials. * Identify technical solutions that improve reliability while optimizing cost\-benefit. **Continuous Improvement and Asset Reliability** * Implement continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., failure analysis, reliability-centered maintenance, TPM/WCM). * Propose technical improvements to equipment and processes. * Support expansion, modernization, and retrofit projects for systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. * Active CREA registration. * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Maintenance, Reliability Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields is mandatory for medium- and large-scale industrial environments. * Solid experience in industrial maintenance, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance management; operation and maintenance of utilities systems; and planning of scheduled shutdowns and critical interventions. * Proven experience in leadership, coordination, or supervision of maintenance teams. * CAPEX and OPEX management, preparation and control of maintenance budgets. * Prior experience in continuous industrial environments or those with high operational criticality. * Proficiency in Regulatory Standards (NR\-10, NR\-12, and NR\-13\). * Experience with maintenance management systems (SAP PM or equivalents). * Advanced Excel skills. * Development and monitoring of KPIs and technical and managerial reports. * Practical knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies: WCM, TPM, RCM, failure analysis, PDCA, or similar. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Desirable Requirements** * MBA or postgraduate degree in Maintenance Management, Reliability Engineering, Asset Management (ISO 55001\), Industrial Management, or Project Management. * Proven experience in large-scale industrial environments with high operational criticality, continuous processes, or 24/7 plants. * Solid experience in strategic maintenance management (structuring multi-year maintenance plans and lifecycle cost analysis of assets). * Experience implementing or maturing advanced methodologies: RCM; advanced-level TPM; complex failure analysis (RCA, FMEA/FMECA). * Experience in industrial modernization projects (retrofits of systems and critical equipment; production capacity expansion; maintenance automation and digitalization). * Advanced knowledge of critical utilities management, including energy efficiency, cogeneration, water reuse, leather industry waste, and operational sustainability. * Experience in internal and external audits, certifications, and integrated management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001\). **Additional Information** **Tigre Work Style**: On-site **Work Location**: Castro \- Paraná **We care about the well\-being of our Feras and offer benefits such as:** * Meal allowance; * Year-end bonus; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Birthday day off; * Citizen company: extended maternity and paternity leave. * Discount on our products; * Annual bonus (profit-sharing); * Discounts of up to 50% on medications; * Health programs.
