




Job Summary: Production operator responsible for operating machines and peripherals, ensuring compliance and quality of production processes. Key Highlights: 1. Operate and adjust machines and peripherals in production processes. 2. Perform quality inspections and assist in raw material preparation. 3. Contribute to weight reduction and productivity improvement. Execute machine and peripheral operations within production processes, based on internal standards and procedures, technical specifications, and targets established by the operational center department. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate, start up, and adjust machines and peripherals throughout the entire production process, according to scheduling and internal procedures. * Perform check\-lists and support set\-ups at the beginning of each shift, based on production orders. * Carry out assembly, labeling, palletizing, packaging, and product finishing activities. * Record measurements and perform quality inspections throughout the production process, ensuring compliance with established standards and parameters, and reporting deviations when identified. * Assist in raw material preparation, grinding, and segregation of non-conforming products. * Contribute to product weight reduction, equipment productivity improvement, and achievement of departmental targets through indicator monitoring. * Support management of production cells, production volume control, and assessment of required inputs. * Segregate waste materials according to quality and environmental procedures. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, applying 5S principles. * Comply with safety regulations, code of conduct, and perform other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Operational knowledge of Foam Line 23 and Tanning Line. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Additional Information** **Working Hours**: 13:07 \- 21:17 / 21:14 \- 05:03 **We care about the well\-being of our Feras and offer benefits such as:** * Meal allowance; * Year-end bonus; * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Birthday day off; * Citizen company: extended maternity and paternity leave. * Discount on our products; * Annual bonus (profit sharing); * Up to 50% discount on medications; * Health programs.
