As a DHO Analyst, you will play a strategic role in promoting and strengthening our organizational culture, operating corporately across Group units. Your mission will be to support the development, growth, and well-being of our employees, contributing to a more engaged, healthy, and purpose-driven workplace aligned with our commitment to "doing our best so life can PROSPER". **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead corporate-level internship, apprenticeship, and PDL (Leadership Development Program) initiatives, ensuring standardization, monitoring, and participant progression. * Manage performance evaluation cycles, including scheduling, training delivery, and tracking deliverables. * Develop corporate training materials such as manuals, guides, and learning modules for "Gondaski" Corporate Education. * Promote initiatives reinforcing the "Gondaski Way" organizational culture, serving as a key corporate reference for GPTW-related activities. * Conduct recruitment processes ranging from operational to managerial levels. * Provide administrative support to the People & Culture department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree, MBA, or specialization in People Management, Human Development, or related areas is desirable. * Experience with e-learning platforms and learning path management. * Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills. * Experience conducting recruitment processes. * Familiarity with performance evaluation and corporate education processes. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Willingness to travel and valid driver’s license. **Additional Information** We hold the "Great Place to Work" (GPTW) certification and have been recognized as one of the best companies to work for in Paraná, according to the GPTW survey.
