Support to the procurement department and inventory control **Job Description** The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for controlling the receipt, storage, organization, and distribution of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring correct identification, preservation, and availability of items according to project requirements and company internal procedures. **Responsibilities** * Receive, inspect, and store materials, supplies, and equipment per invoices and purchase orders; * Monitor material inflows and outflows, maintaining updated records in systems or spreadsheets; * Organize the warehouse according to identification, safety, and preservation criteria; * Conduct periodic inventories and support internal audits; * Request material replenishment based on consumption and project demand; * Manage tools and equipment, including lending and return tracking; * Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety; * Support the procurement department with stock, consumption, and requirement information; * Comply with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience as a Warehouse Clerk, preferably in construction projects or industrial settings; * Basic knowledge of inventory and stock control; * Familiarity with inventory management systems or spreadsheets (Excel); * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility. **Behavioral Competencies** * Planning and organization; * Agility and proactivity; * Good communication skills; * Teamwork; * Sense of responsibility and control.
