Job Summary: Responsible for performing construction, repair, and civil maintenance activities on company structures, ensuring facility preservation and proper functioning and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Perform masonry services, repairs, and civil maintenance on structures. 2. Contribute to the preservation and safety of facilities. 3. Teamwork with a focus on proactivity and attention to detail. **MAINTENANCE MASON** **OBJECTIVE:** Responsible for performing construction, repair, and civil maintenance activities on company structures, carrying out masonry, plastering, floor laying, wall repairs, and other building maintenance tasks. Ensures facility preservation and supports the maintenance department’s requirements, contributing to the proper functioning and safety of structures. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform masonry services, including wall construction and repair, plastering, and floor and cladding installation. * Conduct civil maintenance on farm structures and facilities, such as corrals, barns, milking parlors, gutters, and circulation areas. * Prepare construction materials, such as mortar and concrete, for service execution. * Perform finishing work, including plastering, painting, and installation of doors and windows. * Support general building maintenance activities as required by the department. **BEHAVIORAL PROFILE** * Commitment to deadlines and work quality. * Responsibility and attention to detail. * Proactivity and willingness to work. * Ability to work effectively in a team. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Proven experience as a mason. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. * Knowledge of civil maintenance. * Basic understanding of occupational safety. **BENEFITS:** * Meal Allowance * Bonus * Life Insurance **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM Shift Pattern: 6 days on, 1 day off **WORK LOCATION:** Castro/PR
