Job Summary:
A Property Inspector is responsible for conducting detailed inspections of real estate assets—both new and used—and for recording information while mentoring new inspectors.

**Main responsibilities of this role include:**
* Efficiently, accurately, and reliably inspecting real estate assets—analyzing features and conditions of conservation/functionality of both new and used commercial and residential properties;
* Identifying and observing materials, finishes, electrical and plumbing installations, furniture, and other property items;
* Testing equipment, identifying damages, and verifying functionality and general condition of the environment;
* During exit inspections, performing meticulous comparisons against reports and documents;
* Recording collected information as detailed text accompanied by photos to generate inspection reports using a tablet application;
* Verifying repairs and discrepancies;
* Training and mentoring new inspectors.
**Prerequisites:**
* Completed high school education;
* Basic computer skills;
* Valid driver's license;
* Personal vehicle (motorcycle);
* Android smartphone.
