An operational professional responsible for cleaning, organizing, monitoring, and operating equipment at the central facility, ensuring work quality and safety.

**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Schedule:** 3x3 2x2 rotating shift \- Working hours from 12 PM to 12 AM \- including a 1-hour dinner break
**Level:** Operational
**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT
* Perform daily cleaning and organization of the boiler, biomass shed, and central facility equipment;
* Remove ash from the boiler daily;
* Conduct operational checklists for boiler equipment to ensure proper central facility operation; submit maintenance requests via the system;
* Monitor the boiler;
* Operate forklifts/front-end loaders;
* Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and occupational safety standards, and proper use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE);
* Collaborate with the central facility maintenance team on low-complexity tasks involving areas such as mechanical, civil, cutting, and welding;
* Collect and analyze moisture content of incoming biomass at the central facility;
* Collect and analyze water quality samples from the central facility;
Record biomass intake notes in the system."

**Requirements:**
* Completed High School education;
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
* Prior experience in industry or production is desirable.
* Availability to work flexible hours.
* Strong willingness to learn and proactive attitude.
