Responsible for performing general tasks such as: handling bags, pallet assembly, product filling, loading trucks and bulk trucks, unloading trucks, general plant cleaning, cutting bags at the hopper, and sample collection. The primary function is to support the department's activities in accordance with pre-established procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform bagging, palletizing, and stretch film application; * Load and unload vehicles (bagged finished goods, bulk finished goods, raw materials, or any other required material), and collect samples; * Handle raw materials and finished products; * Perform area cleaning and organization, and external equipment cleaning; * Perform labeling operations, including applying labels to bags; * Carry out other duties compatible with the company’s safety standards under the supervision of the immediate supervisor. **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** * Incomplete elementary education through the 4th grade. * Ability to follow factory quality and sanitary inspection standards (e.g., maintain a clean-shaven face, avoid nail polish or jewelry). * Availability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as material handling and bagging. **Please note that Cargill will NEVER request banking information, usernames, or passwords through any communication channel.** **At Cargill, we value the safety of our employees.
