Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers Execute and analyze procurement processes for materials, services, and contracts related to construction projects and real estate development, ensuring optimal cost\-effectiveness, quality, delivery timelines, and compliance with company policies. * Conduct quotation, negotiation, and contracting processes for materials; * Analyze commercial and technical proposals, comparing costs, delivery timelines, and terms; * Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery timelines with suppliers; * Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers; * Support supplier qualification and evaluation; * Ensure adherence to project budgets and cost centers; * Support supply planning in accordance with the physical\-financial schedule; * Review supply and service provision contracts; * Address discrepancies regarding pricing, timelines, or specifications with suppliers and internal departments; * Prepare procurement performance reports and key performance indicators; Propose and implement continuous improvements in procurement processes, utilizing management tools and systems to optimize operational efficiency.
