




Job Summary: The Construction Planning Analyst develops, monitors, and controls physical-financial schedules, ensuring deadlines, costs, and resources, while providing strategic analyses. The Construction Planning Analyst is responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling the physical\-financial schedule of projects, ensuring adherence to planned deadlines, costs, and resources. Works in an integrated manner with engineering, procurement, and production departments, providing strategic analyses and information to support decision-making in project management. * Work in accordance with technical standards for safety, quality, productivity, hygiene, and environmental preservation. * Participate in training programs. * Always keep your workstation and tasks organized. * Always maintain organized project documentation. * Register inputs, details, and brands in Sienge. * Create purchase requests for material acquisition. * Perform quantity take-offs based on technical drawings. * Monitor and carry out activities required to comply with internal and external audits. * Develop action plans for construction schedule recovery, addressing non-conformities, and improvements. * Coordinate with Procurement to ensure all materials required for activity execution are available, according to defined criteria of deadline, cost, and quality. * Serve as the interface with contracted third parties. * Develop and implement organizational assets. * Participate in the development and implementation of the department’s Play Books. * Develop construction schedules and seek adherence to them during execution. * Manage and control the construction schedule. * Manage and control the construction budget. * Manage and control procurement of materials and services for the construction project. * Enter construction budgets into Sienge. * Submit and facilitate service procurement requests through the Procurement Department. * Create spreadsheets for measurement of contracted services. * Enter service provider contracts into Sienge. * Enter service provider measurements into Sienge. * Verify issuance of service providers’ invoices and forward them to the Finance Department. * Technically validate the scope of construction services for budgeting purposes. * Technically validate the scope and materials for correct execution/application on site. * Prepare and coordinate the organizational charts for ongoing construction projects. * Prepare general projects and technical reports. * Develop and manage the communication plan (status reports). * Participate in inspections. * Participate in the adoption of technologies and work processes. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. MBA in Construction and Project Management is desirable. Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Sienge, and Mobuss is a plus.
