Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing maintenance, inspections, assembly, and technical delivery of agricultural equipment, providing customer support and guidance, and assisting in service management. Key Highlights: 1. Perform maintenance and inspections on various agricultural equipment 2. Prepare and deliver new equipment, guiding customers 3. Prospect service opportunities and provide technical assistance **Job Description:** ---------------------- Perform maintenance and inspections on equipment (Tractor, Combine Harvester, Planter, Sprayer, and other products in the portfolio); Assemble new equipment; Conduct pre-delivery and technical delivery of new equipment to customers; Provide usage guidance and instructions to customers; Visit customers to prospect equipment inspections; Close service orders; Inspect used machinery; Estimate parts and service costs; Schedule services using the field checklist; Close service orders directly with customers on-site; Perform preventive inspections; Prepare DTAC; Unload new equipment arriving from the factory as well as equipment transferred between branches; Prospect services whenever opportunities arise; Guide and instruct technical assistants daily; Perform minor welding as required by repairs; Complete internal workshop documentation (daily time tracking).
