Job Summary: WBS Embalagens is seeking a Cutting and Sealing Machine Operator to work in the plastic packaging production process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and workplace organization. Report production process abnormalities and perform roll changes **Cutting and Sealing Machine Operator (Plastic Packaging) \- WBS Embalagens** We are looking for a Cutting and Sealing Machine Operator (for plastic bags/pouches) to work in the packaging production process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and organizational standards in production. **Responsibilities:** * Operate, prepare, and adjust plastic packaging cutting and sealing machines; * Adjust machine temperature, speed, and parameters; * Inspect product quality (cutting, sealing, and dimensions); * Perform roll changes and basic equipment cleaning; * Record production output and material consumption in the system; * Organize pallets and maintain a clean, safe workplace; * Report any production process abnormalities. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in this role; * Knowledge of cutting and sealing machines (side sealing or bottom sealing — **mandatory**); * Completed elementary education; * Basic understanding of production processes. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Training courses in plastics or packaging; * Basic knowledge of electrical or mechanical maintenance. **Working Hours:** * 07:00 to 16:48 **or** 16:40 to 02:28 **Benefits:** * Fuel allowance; * Fixed bonus of R$ 250.00; * Van transportation or carpooling option **(subject to location).** Interested candidates should contact us at: **(45\) 99844\-9985\.** Compensation: R$1\.800,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance Work Location: On-site
