Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring vehicle and unit visual quality and standardization, as well as supporting leadership in process improvements and administrative control.

**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00, with a 1:12 lunch break
**Level:** Operational
**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT
Perform opening, monitoring, and completion of technical delivery checklists
Inspect internal and external vehicle damages, ensuring quality standards
Validate vehicle cleaning, aesthetic preparation, and final presentation
Monitor the vehicle preparation process to prevent failures, rework, and re-deliveries
Monitor visual standardization of units (showroom, lighting, organization, and infrastructure)
Ensure cleanliness and organization of reception, restrooms, and common areas
Contact customers to update progress stages (preparation and documentation)
Align expectations and deliver institutional welcome communications
Support leadership in identifying operational risks and process improvements
Assist in administrative and financial control, contributing to internal governance
Reinforce a culture of quality, organization, and professional conduct across units
**Requirements:**
\- Valid Driver's License \- Category A/B
