We are seeking an analytical professional with interest in data and passion for business-oriented technology to build intelligent solutions, automations, and strategic analyses that support the company's decision-making. This person will join the Data \& Automation team, contributing to transforming information into insights, optimizing processes, and developing solutions based on BI, data analysis, and automation tools. **Responsibilities** * Extract, process, and model data for strategic analyses and KPIs (SQL/Oracle); * Develop and enhance analytical dashboards and reports (Power BI and Sankhya ERP); * Create, monitor, and analyze KPIs, identifying patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities; * Support the development of process and operational routine automation solutions (Power Automate, scripts); * Contribute to integrating and organizing data from different company departments; * Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of data used in analyses; * Translate business needs into analytical solutions and intelligent automations; * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives driven by data and technology. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Information Systems, * Engineering, Statistics, or related fields; * Knowledge of SQL (preferably Oracle); * Experience or familiarity with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboards); * Basic understanding of process automation (Power Automate, scripts, RPA, or similar); * Knowledge of data analysis, performance indicators, and analytical logic; * Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools; * Knowledge of the Sankhya system is considered a plus; * Interest in developing data-driven and automation-based solutions. **What You Will Develop Here** * Practical application of data analysis in daily business operations; * Development of strategic indicators to support decision-making; * Participation in automation and process optimization projects; * Hands-on experience with BI tools, data integration, and intelligent automations. **Benefits** * Meal allowance * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Totalpass * Birthday Day Off * Transportation allowance This is a fully on-site position located in Macaé, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
