Work Location: City, State (Operation Name) **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare on-call shift schedules and record standby hours for teams; * Request materials and PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment) used by teams; * Train operational teams on procedures and conduct to be followed during daily activities; * Monitor service orders (SOs) executed by teams to ensure high-quality standards; * Support operational teams in resolving problems or more complex situations to meet stated needs; * Execute technical feasibility service orders and other required inspections, applying technical knowledge; * Manage operational indicators; * Enter operational data into the system; * Initiate regulatory agency processes; * Drive company vehicles when external service is required, ensuring safety and compliance with established traffic regulations. * Comply with sustainability standards (safety, hygiene, quality, environmental preservation, health, and the 5S methodology). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education * Preferred: Technical education in Construction, Sanitation, Maintenance, or related fields; or a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Sanitation, or related areas.
